Refund and Returns Policy

REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for:
• Wrong item received
• Damaged item (subject to review)
• Missing item
• Incorrect selection by customer

Non-Returnable Situations:
• Change of mind
• Requests made after 2 days
• Damage occurring after delivery

Missing Items:
Verified missing items will be shipped separately where applicable.

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise approved.

Refunds:
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method. If unavailable, refunds may be
made via bank transfer.

Refund Timeline:
Approved refunds generally take 10–15 business days.
